Hi, I'm Lacey Wolfe, coordinator for Statewide Well-Being Initiatives at ERS and host of the ERS Walk Talk podcast. As we close out 2024, I am making an exciting announcement about what's to come in the new year Starting in January. We are changing our name of the podcast to the Buena Vida podcast because we want to support you in living a good life. The ERS Walk Talk podcast was born during the COVID-19 pandemic and officially launched in April of 2021. And at that time I found my joy in walking and having meaningful phone conversations with researchers and inspirational people and doctors and leaders, and in those early episodes I think we really captured the spirit of connection. Unfortunately, our sound quality was not great, so over time we transitioned to a more traditional recording format to improve that quality for all of you, and as the podcast evolved, the name no longer fits. That's why I'm thrilled to announce the Buena Vida podcast named after our brand new well-being program.
